Review: Claiming His Virgin In the Ring

Claiming His Virgin In the Ring Claiming His Virgin In the Ring by Cassandra Dee
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

I liked this book because it was steamy. The writing was kind of far fetched. But the reason I read is to escape reality. If you want to just be for an hour or two and not really think, then this book is for you. There is a little drama between the h and her stepmother. But if there hadn't been she never would have met Shaft.

Review: Killing for Her

Killing for Her Killing for Her by Alexis Abbott
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

I always get so excited when Alexis comes out with a new book. I know that it will be gripping and catch my attention from the very first page.
That's exactly what Killing for Her did. I was hooked from the very beginning. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book.
It was by far my favorite one.
I would highly recommend this book to anyone over 18.
I read an advanced copy.

Review: Vampire's Faith

Vampire's Faith Vampire's Faith by Rebecca Zanetti
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

There is nothing better than reading a Rebecca Zanetti book. Especially her Dark Protectors series. I loved Ronan and Faith.
This book is filled with danger and human mates not listening to their Vampire mates. Stubborn heroines and alpha males. If any of this appeals to you then this is the book for you.

Review: Conviction

Conviction Conviction by Jane Henry
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Loved the book. But Zoe grated on my last nerve sometimes. Instead of acting like a grown woman who by the way is a cop, she still acts like the the once abused child she was. She's all I'm a grown independent woman that can defend myself. Mind you she went to a PI firm for help. And when she is told to do something that will keep her safe she agrees but in her mind she says thing like I'm going to do whatever I want like a petulant child. She cares about her friends and the people around her but she continuously does shit to put them in danger. Finally!!! She has redeemed herself a little. Brax has the patience of a saint. Love him.

Review: Stone

Stone Stone by Angel Rose
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Wow. I've never read anything by this author. I was pleasantly surprised by this book. Its suspenseful. It had me guessing all the time. Gripping the edge of my seat. Very well written. Characters were relatable. I cried and yelled. There were every day life scenarios. This book does end on a cliffhanger. The other books are already out.
I received an ARC of this book.

Review: Rebels

Rebels Rebels by Alexa Riley
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

I read an advance copy

Three books in one.
Book 1 His Rebel
Book 2 Her Rebel
And the conclusion book 3 Secret Rebel.

OMG!!! So happy yet so sad to read Secret Rebel. Happy because, yeah hello, Alexa Riley and sad because it's the end of this series. This story is about Ryan and Naomi. I dont want to say to much because this book is full of suspense. There are a lot of clues from His Rebel and Her Rebel that are explained in Secret Rebel. I'm just going to say I loved Ryan and Naomi. Alexa Riley does a great job at making you fall in love with her characters. They might be novellas but if you know what your audience wants it doesn't have to be long and drawn out.
I recommend this book to anyone that will listen.

Review: His Hard Mountain Wood

His Hard Mountain Wood His Hard Mountain Wood by Madison Faye
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Oh boy oh boy oh boy!!!!! Ryker is a mechanic, former president to an MC, a single dad and one hell of a dirty talker.
Addison is a city girl that came to Blackthorn Mountain to get away from an "incident". She is visiting her cousin. While she's there she doesn't want to burden her cousin and new husband so she decides she needs a job.

When Ryker and Addison meet for the first time holy hell the sparks were coming off of my kindle. I felt the connection instantly.
Loved this story and woul have no trouble recommending it.

Review: Me + You

Me + You Me + You by Bella Emy
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

My review is on Freeing Fenley by J.L. Leslie.
Fenley although successful can not seem to please her parents. She seems to always disappoint them. I did not like her parents, at all. So the first opportunity she gets she moves across country for her new job. She meets Brigham, love his name by the way. He happens to be a professional surfer. Come on the guy has got to be built like Greek God,right? Brigham has so much under the surface, no one even really tries to see it.

Even though this is a short story. It packs a wallop.
These guys really hit it off from the very beginning.
Loved Fenley and Brigham.

Review: Virgin In The City

Virgin In The City Virgin In The City by Alexa Riley
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

I read an advanced copy of this book.

This sweet story by Alexa Riley made my day. You have Pepper the quirky creative shy virgin and you have the big protective bear of a man for her neighbor, who just so happens to be a UFC fighter getting ready for his last fight.

Alexa Riley is one of my favorite authors. She never disappoints me. It's always a quick fun read that will put a smile on my face for the rest of the day.

Review: Rescuing Broken

Rescuing Broken Rescuing Broken by Gina Azzi
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

I voluntarily read an advanced copy.
Evie and Jax's story is tragic. This book is full of the feels. It was a very believable story and the characters were relatable.
With that being said, this story was not for me. I require a few elements in a story for me to really enjoy it. Sadly this book only had one. That being the happily ever after.
This book wasn't bad and for most I'm sure they will like it. It took me two weeks to read this book. Just because I couldn't get into it.
